Spend 4-6 hours daily on calls with consumers, discussing loan options and closing deals. No in-person sales required.
Submit a minimum of 8 completed loan applications daily. Scale your earnings with every successful close.
Base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers earn $150,000+ annually with unlimited earning potential.

You don't need years of experience—just the right attitude and skills.
Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience OR experience in a retail automobile dealership sales department.
Comfort and confidence conducting business over the phone with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate enterprise software systems and input data accurately.
Highly motivated by uncapped commission and ready to take on the next chapter of your career.
